For private coaching sessions, the coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the client private and strictly confidential. No personal ideas, information or thoughts expressed by the client will be shared with anyone except with the express written permission of the client. The coaching relationship, as well as all information that the client shares with the coach is bound to confidentiality by the CDC code of Professional Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship. The coach will not disclose the client’s name as a reference without the client’s express written consent.
Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was in the coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the client;
(b) is generally known to the public or in the client’s industry;
(c) that the Coach is required by law to disclose

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada without reference to any conflict of laws provisions. Any action relating to the use of the Website, services or your online purchase must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the province of British Columbia, Canada and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Divorce Coaching and Life Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone or by video conference, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please be on time for your sessions to get the maximum benefit from coaching and utilize every minute of your session. I will personally call you at the start of the session, unless other arrangements have been made.
If you need to reschedule, please use your calendar link to do so, or email/text me with 24 hours notice. This is about you and I respecting each other’s time.
Cancellation/ No Show Policy for Session
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, family situations, emergencies or other obligations. If you need to reschedule, please do so ith 24 hours notice. If you have an emergency (illness or accident) we’ll work around it, otherwise a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Sessions are not confirmed until they are paid for. All sessions must be paid for prior to the beginning of the session. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Refunds and Credits
When purchasing a Coaching Package three months, you will have three months to use the sessions. With Coaching Package of six months you have six months to use the sessions. Refunds will only be made on the unused portion within 7 days of purchase. There are no refunds on packages after the initial 7 days.
What’s the Guarantee?
** If you have purchased a package of sessions and after your first session you decide coaching isn’t for you, we will happily refund the balance of your money no questions asked as long as it is within 7 days of the first session. *Please note: in this instance there is a $100 fee to cover the initial Client Intake, Personal Assessments and planning.
