Put the Kids First

Let’s face it. Divorce is never pretty. And never easy. Especially when kids are involved.

Any parent worthy of the name is riddled with guilt. And confusion … anxiety, fear and an array of other emotions. It’s only natural to feel that way and to want to protect your innocent children from hurt, anger and long-term emotional scars.

I will also help you communicate in a more effective way with your spouse when it comes to all matters involving the children so that their needs are put first

Find Clarity, Confidence & Focus

Changing the experience of divorce starts by building resilience and promoting emotional healing through the divorce process.

As your divorce coach, I meet you right where you are at in your process, hearing your needs, supporting your voice and helping you understand and discover your unique wants, needs and goals to create a plan for your new future.

Remove Obstacles & Roadblocks

We all have places in our life where we are blocked.

Working together, we will identify those emotional blocks and find ways for you alone, or as a parent going through divorce with kids, to overcome them and move forward toward your goals. I help you manage tough emotions in such a way that you are able to come to meetings and make agreements more rationally.

Save You Money

Divorce is stressful. Money is stressful.

Working with me will typically cost less than relying on a lawyer alone to provide you all of the non-legal support you will also need in this process. If you've hired a lawyer, you might expect him/her to handle every facet of your divorce, but that's often unrealistic. It also puts substantial pressure on them to provide you all of this added support, which costs them time and you money. A lawyer is an expert in the legal aspect—the court dates, the filings and negotiating the agreement on your behalf. With all the other issues involved, and while you can turn to your lawyer about those things, they will likely want to refer you to other professionals better support you.

Bring Your Best Self to the Process

I can help you stay calm and centered, feel supported, think rationally and learn valuable communication skills to handle co-parenting communications, email exchanges, texting and telephone conversations, in ways that allow your best self to shine. Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to provide divorce support so you can figure out which opportunities to take advantage of in order to live the life you want.

Career Transition & Preparing You for the Work Force

Also as a Career & Transition coach I will help you through the process of self-discovery so that you can make the best possible decisions for your future based on your interests, needs and concerns.

I will bring resources, contacts, assessments, and opportunity ideas to your attention that will support your future goals. I will help educate you about the lay of the land (divorce, job search, business development, etc.)
